SHARPTON AND BALLENTINE MOVE TO SUPERADIO Superadio and Radio One Strike Affiliation/Sales Agreement

NEW YORK - April 23, 2008- Superadio Networks has entered into an affiliation and sales agreement with Radio One to syndicate the Al Sharpton Show and the Warren Ballentine Show. All affiliation and national advertising sales of the Syndication One produced talk shows will be handled by Superadio effective immediately.

The Al Sharpton show ( 1PM-4PM EST) currently on 20 stations is airing in 6 of the top 10 markets including WVON Chicago, WCHB Detroit, WOL Washington, WILD Boston and WAMJ-FM Atlanta where the show currently ranks #5 in adults 25-54. The Sharpton show has also been added to the revamped line-up at WWRL New York which will become the flagship station of the show. The Warren Ballentine Show (10AM-1PM EST) is currently cleared in 4 of the top 10 markets including WAMJ-FM Atlanta ( #6 A25-54) WILD Boston, WCHB Detroit and WOL Washington. WVON Chicago is slated to begin broadcasting the show in mid April.
